After speaking to Jordan on the on the phone for 10 minutes with all the information that I needed to know, (I had a spreadsheet) I knew the Audi Q3 that he had for sale was the one for me. He sent me extras photos and a 360 degree video around the car which looked great. It was in even better condition in and out than the photos done justice in person. He seems to have an eye for attention to detail on all of his cars which were all really nice to be honest. MOT'd it for me and even arranged for it to have tinted windows on the rear for the grandkids. Would highly recommend, would 110% use again. Great customer services really nice approachable chap.

Unlike any other dealer! Have used Jordan a few times now to purchase and for him to sell my car and what a breath of fresh air. Not pushy like other dealers are, answers questions and requests straight away and always honest and fair. You don't find many dealers like this anymore unfortunately so hats off to Earls Autos. The last car I brought from this company was in superb condition and Jordan even got the wheels changed to a different colour for me which seemed like no extra hassle to himself. Each car I have ever owned, I tend to keep for a long time. So, as you can imagine, my knowledge of cars lack severely, which is why I was so hesitant buying from this small dealership as opposed to a big dealership. I saw a 4 series, Earls Auto had posted. I contacted Jordan @ Earls and expressed my interest. We arranged a viewing, and I told him I would bring a friend with me (a close friend who knows ALL about cars). Once we got there, Jordan greeted us and we got straight to viewing the car. My friend spent around 20 minutes, thoroughly examining the car, from VIN number check to shining a torch on the paintwork, tyre tread etc - everything was immaculate. We could not fault the car. Whilst taking a snoop around other vehicles on site, it appeared every other car was in the same mint condition as this one. It is clear Jordan only sells top class cars, so you can buy with peace in mind. I ended up driving away the 4 series with a happy smile and confidence in purchasing from him, probably in around 5 years time when I need an upgrade. Thanks again, Jordan!

So So happy with the car. I have had the car for 5 and half months now and have had 0 issues. Jordan is very knowledgeable and approachable unlike some main dealers/independent garages who are useless as they don't get back to you or don't know anything about the car. Unlike Jordan who had the patience to talk me through everything before I left with the car. Thought id give it a few months to leave a review, but very happy with the car and his service.

Jordan was very easy to deal with,from my initial contact regarding the car I was interested in,answering any questions I had and also being honest about the car before I arranged a viewing. He was very accomadating with the viewing considering it was a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend. I explained that due to my work circumstances and distance travelled that if it was the right car I would take it away that day which I did. Jordan completed all necessary documentation on line,even arranged the tax for the car just leaving me to arrange my insurance to drive away.The car was a delight to drive and I'm very pleased with my hassle free purchase. Only 6 months ago did I have terrible experience purchasing a car so I came into this a little hesitant. The guys instantly put me at ease. Within a day of Jordan getting back from his trip, these marks were tidied up so much that a part of the grill was replaced. I was constantly updated and communicated with throughout the process which I massively appreciated. To top it off, they delivered right to my door free of charge. As straight forward as you can get. Wow wow wow, after viewing 7, yes 7 bmw 1 series beforehand, up & down the country we came across one of Jordans “hand picked stock”. This 1 series was like chalk and cheese, head and shoulders above any 9 year old used car that myself and my partner have ever seen. It was prepared as if it just rolled out of a main dealer showroom. (Me and my partner are fussy, very fussy) we couldn't believe it and we couldn't find a fault with it. I have to give credit where credit is due and to be honest Jordan does everything right, very polite/knowledgeable/friendly/funny and when it comes to him buying cars, he knows what to look for.

Jordan was absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the end of the process. We part ex'ed our car, and Jordan took care of the private number plate and helped us with the whole experience as we never swapped a private plate before. The car was just as great as on the photos. Where can I start…I've been in the market for a new car for a while now and after previous experiences with non trustworthy dealers It was an experience that I wasn't looking forward too which really isn't how it should be when looking for your next motor. Stumbled across a car that was being sold by Jordan and the car instantly caught my attention so I looked at the reviews for Earls Autos on Auto Trader and Facebook and they were all 5 stars with nothing but amazing feedback.
